NTG - here's a tip... one of the secret's to playing Dolly Levi is to REEK of CONFIDENCE!!!

She's a con artist - a bamboozler - she has no idea what lie she's going to tell next, but she believes EVERY WORD OF IT when she does.....

The truth is - it's all to mask her own massive insecurities...so she goes in the opposite direction - sheer bravado...

take whatever you feel and USE IT to fill the life of the character.
