It surprises me how many Broadway performers smoke, even during the show! I feel like slapping them. I know one who smokes pot between shows. Crazy moron.

I don't get coffee very often, but when I do it's always caramel machiattos. But, I'm a huge caffeine addict. I have I diet coke every morning before school.

some singers smoke like chimney's - don't know how...

some can eat a pint of ice cream before a show and sing away

Damn this being a public board... it's so hard to get things out of people when you can't intoxicate them first.
But just looking at some of the OBC of Rent, I can imagine some interesting things went down... all such good looking people, who wouldn't...? and with all that fame and money rolling in, I bet you'd go a little crazy...

I've heard that one of the "Angel"s in Rent was known for eating a hashed brownie after he was finished "Contact", and would pretty much chill backstage, totally baked, until the end of Finale B. I'm sure it happens often.
