I'm going with my uncle - who doesn't know who Gary Coleman is...then he got mad asking if he didn't know Gary COleman if he won't understand the show...I said no of course...but he started to complain that it is a stupid idea to make a lead character some1 the whole audience may not know....

i saw Rent with me - was very embarrassed

yah, he didn't know anything about Gary....

it explains the whole Schadenfreude song though (and why Gary sings it)...

He's in his upper 70s...
