i have a freind named Siobhan (pronounced ShihVAHN)

i don't hate my name because it is "chinese." i hate because it is too short for my liking (i mean, it's a sound and an adverb ending)

when i played soccer and the coach would yell, "Quickly!" I thought he was saying, "Quick, Lee!" I said to myself, "Damn! I'm going as fast as I can!"

re: spoonful of salad

i'm basically living in my prof's office during winter break....grad school apps are due soon and my computer at home is virus-ey. i went to a restaurant downtown and got a salad for dinner...the guy forgot to give me a fork...all we have in the office is spoons. thus, a spoonful of salad.
