Star, they were tragically melted by Idina's tween fans who were trying to diminish the crowd around the stagedoor in order to make sure she heard their squeals.

Tiff, I'm actually feeling ok about my statement. It doesn't have a conclusion yet, but I managed to edit quite a bit out of it. My professor and my English major best friend are proofreading it, and I am giving myself the next 47 minutes to not think about it. But I'm feeling less stressed over it, I guess.

Totally agreed, Tiff. It's obscene. My Xmas was fine. I'm sorry I'm not around - I get busy and run around a lot. I'm not on the computer constantly like I am at my dorm. At home I have to use my mother's computer. I'll make an effort to post more I hate having to catch up.

Tiff, thanx so much for bumping that thread of mine, it's just BWW isn't the only place I've had to deal with it.
The Q forum has had the two nastiest lil trolls for weeks and we don't have a moderator so we've been stuck in that situation by ourselves (although Rob's been helping out a bit).
It's as if I'm not safe, no matter where I go.
Seriously though, Kristin was my HERO in middle school and I have always respected Idina's work in Rent, but these horrible children are literally making me sick to my stomach. I don't mean to sound possessive, I know I don't OWN these actresses, and I know I should be happy that more kids are getting into theatre. I'm just so... GAH! I'm sorry

Star, I was just talking to NTG about this. You can genuinely look up to what an actor has accomplished and seem intelligent enough to really care about the performer enough to express that but keep a respectful distance at the same time. Sadly, a lot of people don't do that.

I totally understand, star2b. It's very sad. They don't realize that Idina is a person and not just an AMAZING FABULOUS CELEBRITY ELPHABA WOW. They can't understand that she's not just there for them to adore.

bs2b, did you see that story? (I think I saw your posts on that thread.) She actually yelled "OH MY GOD IT'S IDINA AAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!" and wonders why everyone's so aghast at it!

How dare someone start a thread voicing their disappointment towards Idina over not signing. How despicable and selfish.
