Of course I am! Hopefully the knowledge that I'm actually supposed to be in NYC seeing Idina's last show in Wicked won't taint that.. actually, I'm supposed to have been in NYC starting December 29th.

Damn me for losing my job back in October. *Grumble*

make the best of my last day?

i have a 15 page paper, a project (due tuesday though, i'm sure the entire thing will be done tomorrow), 4 pretty big assignments for various classes, a chem lab, *4* painting assigments, cause i'm still so behind in that class, and these take 2-3 hours EACH... and probably some more that i'm forgetting...

ALL DUE TOMORROW.

Not too shabby. I've only been awake for about 5 hours though. Insanely jealous of everyone who lives in the New York area and can see so many shows! Did you stage door? I'm glad Idina was doing well! People were saying she sounded like she was getting sick and people were worried that she'd have to bail on her last week. How was the audience?

the audience was great...

idina was coughing a lot before the flying part in defying gravity - but she was amazing - and she ownded no good deed - i have seen her times - this was the best!

i stage doored it - but left before idina came out - but got everyone else....

tiff, um, EVERYTHING. the list of all the work i have due tomorrow is ^^^

idina wasn't sick? she wasn't coughing, or gasping, AT ALL? she was last night... (EDIT - i agree, her defying gravity and no good deed were AMAZING. i definitely think she saved her voice for these two)

i missed jlt by a DAY

and IDINA DID COME OUT! :BREATHES FIRE: THAT IS SO NOT FAIR! WHY DO I HAVE THE WORST LUCK EVER??

due to stupid circumstances, i missed her tonight - but i am going to stage door it on tues...hopefully i will get her...

she coughed during the talking parts of defy gravity - but it fit in well

she did gasp a lot durin WAI - but she held the last note longer than i remember

yes, she was gasping during WAI, but i believe she held the final note for a little bit shorter than usual.

i'm gonna try to stage door next saturday, if the parentals cooperate since i cant drive yet.

Are you sure she came out to begin with? I've been worried that if that crazy racist stalker was threatening to strike at the Gershwin, she'd be worried since her run's coming to a close. I hope she takes care of herself, both for the small scale stuff (does she have a cough? bronchitis?) and the big stuff (like, you know, her life).

Is she actually coughing during the song? Does it interrupt the flow of the scene? How were your seats?

i am doing it tues - but i am seeing a show on thurs and sunday (doubt she'll come out her last day) so i still have a few days to fill in the empy spot on my playbill...

nah, she is supposed to be "shivering" during the scene so it was all good...it didn't mess up her singing....although carole shelley sneezed in the middle of her line then coughed her way off the stage....

seats were awesome - first time in the mezz...

and yes, she did come out - hopefully she comes out tues this week!
