yes the pain will eventually go away.. it takes some getting used to being on the crutches though.. I suggest wrapping a hand towel and duct taping it (or soemthing similar) around each one so you have more cushion under your arms. It helps.. wont solve it completely, but it helps.. you just arent used to having them under your arms.. also try to put as much weight on your hands as you can instead of your arm pits..

did they give you wooden or aluminum crutches?

yes, i have hand towels duct taped to them already. they're aluminum.

i do try to put more weight on my wrists, but then THEY start to hurt. gymnastics has really screwed up my wrists... the SLIGHTEST amount of weight, and they start to hurt.

i actually fell asleep during the MRI. further proof that i can sleep through EVERYTHING. i ALWAYS sleep through my alarm, even when i blast it. my parents still have to wake me up.

*hugs* If it helps, my job will consist of asshole frat boys screwing me when it comes to the tip. Since I'm spending my Sat. delivering their food...it's fine....
