just so ya know....

speaking of calories...

the one thing about rehersal is that you spend A LOT of time in front of the mirror and there are times when i look at my butt and wonder how it's physically possible to carry something that size around....

i really love to mix the beans

1/3 french roast for the base
a mix of hazlenut and chocolate
and the rest medium roast...

grind and brew!

How do you burn an icecube? I can't even imagine.
