Did anyone watch this tonight? I've watched all 8 hrs and let me tell you each episode is more riviting than the next. Plus, my opinion on whether I thought he was guilty or not changed from episode to episode as I learned more details.

I think once the DA found out he was bi-sexual they found a way to smear his character in the small North Carolina town. Regardless of if he did it or not, there was no way a bi-sexual rich man was going to walk away from this.

As you watch it, this really becomes an examination of the justice system where reasonable doubt, especially in this case, proces to be a major factor.
