The Stranger on the Bridge Documentary

On the subject of depression and such I watched a great documentary this past week on Channel 4 out of the UK that I highly recommend called "The Stranger on the Bridge" It shows how one person can truly make a change in someones life.

I wish there was a better copy on youtube but this is the best I can find. As usual with most things I watch I needed tissues handy.

I watch a lot of documentaries. Or have for the past several months. Then again I can still shed a tear watching something as mundane as The Biggest Loser.
