Did the show change? Cause last time I saw it, Elphaba lived in the end. It made me so mad.
No, that hasn't changed.

But she should die! and stay dead. I dont want her to live. I think it ruins the original story.
Have you read the novel?
Yes, I have. The show in general isn't as "dark" as the novel is, so I guess they just figured it to be a nother way to lighten things up.
The ending is by far the worst thing about the show. Yes they figured it is "lightened up" but to me it makes the whole exercise meaningless and trite. I have had to justify it as a trick of the "time dragon clock"
I really doubt Baum would care though, the Witch was a tertiary character to him, and Maguire signed off on the book of the musical so it does not seem to bother him either.
OK back to banality!!! I started my Spring clothes shopping!!

The link isn't banal at all, but hilarious. I missed it when it was aired on Leno.
I'm freezing to death. I think there's something wrong with our heater.
I also just wrote a really long-winded review of Wicked.
Not only a double post but a load of typos.

Really Loud Girl, I shouldn't be able to hear every word you say through 2 closed doors and 40 feet of crooked hallway. Just saying.
I just bought all this food from the store, but I have no appetite.
My heater is still broken and my room is a sauna, but it's been snowing out for like 12 hours straight.

Anybody want a Girl Scout Thin Mint cookie?
raises hand, please may I have a cookie?
I prefer Tagalongs. Can't wait until the cookies come!
May I have a thin mint as well, or a samoa! Or those double chocolate thingmabobs. Why aren't I a girl scout anymore, those cookies were the shizzle.

My mom said I could join Girl Scouts as soon as the boys started selling cookies, too.
I feel so self-loathing at the moment, I wish I had given myself a "wicked" screen name.
Are you loathing yourself so much that you're turning green, SP?
