This book is one of my all time favorites (I just reread it for the 5 or 6th time) and I was very excited about the movie, but...UGH. That trailer looks absolutely dreadful. Like, horribly bad. I'll still probably see the movie, but I'm really disappointed.
I always thought, even as I was reading it, that Raul Esparza would be a perfect Henry. Eric Bana just seems very wrong, somehow. I think he and Rachel McAdams look too old.

Elphie - I think it looks EXACTLY what the book portrays. And I think Eric and Rachel will be PERFECT. Can't wait to see this

My Boyfriend won't let me read this book any more because it makes me too sad. I am going to have to sneak out and see the movie.

I am going to make sure I have a BOX of tissues with me. I cried so much during that book....teared up at the trailer....I can't even imagine how much I am going to be boo hooing while watching this movie.

Maybe it's because I have a very fixed idea of the book in my head, but it all seems wrong to me. I wish they had shown some clips that weren't just the love story.
I also hate the way they are doing the "disappearing".
