To what extent do you agree?
I mean, the way I see it, everything is subjective. Nothing has only one answer, nothing has a right or a wrong answer, because we can think for ourselves. Even in saying that; that's subjective. See, everyone sees things differently; life is beautiful or horribly long or dull or full of possibilities or absolutely meaningless, depending on the person.
And also: What is biggger, the world or society? What is bigger, your world or your society?
This thought brought to you by and ill and tired Snaps, who is engaged in a heated argument with a staunch Conservative over nothing in particular.
I completely agree with the statement about being subjective. The second part... well, I'm just too tired and my brain is too fried to consider that.

Yeah, I'll give more thought to that once I've slept some more.

I always get confused between objective and subjective and which means which. That said, not sure what I think about this. It's a little big for a tired Ashley to think about right now.
I definitely agree on the subjectivity of the world Snaps, its all shades of grey. Although some things such as equality, compassion, and understanding I think are "righter" than others.
I'm not sure I understand the second question though.
well 1 plus 1 is always going to be 2...i think we can all agree on that.
Subjective- open to interpretation based on one's personal perspective and biases
Objective- A fact, a judgement or observation etc.. that does not allow ones own experience, biasts, perspective to intrude on its factual validity
My crummy definitions but you get the idea
REnthead...I took a class last semester which proved how 1+1 could be more than 2 (if 1 is a grouping of X # of objects then 1 + 1 = X times 2 etc...) Everything is subjective to some degree lol
