Mine was in 2003. Just laying my head upon a pillow to go to bed felt like a milking machine hooked to my willie that wouldn't let go until it had extracted twenty five gallons.
oh Jesus Christ it's a damn penis, you can say penis in this country, can't you....sheesh.
Nude camping, this summer. Need I say more?
I've never had a sunburn (that I can remember)...knock on wood.

i went to six flags a few years ago, put on sunscreen, went n the water, reapplied said sunscreen, but i guess the cholrine on my skin made it so the sunscreen didn't work or something.
i was bright red by the end of the day and when i woke up the next morning, my shoulders were covered in blisters. i went to the doctor and she said i had a 2nd degree burn.
i had to do this annoying packing thing with this stuff called "xeroform" and now i have spots all over my shulders that weren't there before. x_X
penis, Penis, PENIS.......enough with this willie thing.
just like Oprah and her Va-J-J.......
PENIS.....say it, all of you, PENIS.
My God, I'm cracking up......

PENIS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Thanks, Elphie. That was liberating.
I've never had a sunburn, either.

Sunburn? What's that? We Italians bronze beautifully. I've never experienced sunburn.
Worst sunburn I ever had was from a tanning bed. My smart ass thought that I could go in the bed for the full 20 min cause everything else was tan....except my ass! For the first few days I couldnt even sit down and then a few days after that my ass itched like no other!!!!
i'm more italian than irish, but i have irish skin.

I think the one I have right now qualifies... Beautifful redness all down the back of my legs... it hurts to sit like you wouldn't believe!
I also got 2nd degree burns on my shoulders. I was 8 and I couldn't wear a shirt. I was an idiot though and didn't wear any at all. I had these ugly bubbles all over my shoulders. Also I had to wear this nasty black cream on my chest. Thank god I was 8.
I've never had a sunburn. I'm a tanner.
This looks comfy:
Oh my GOD, that's horrifying!
All things considered, I think my Swedish heritage dictates that someday, I'll get the most awful sunburn just to make up for the fact that I haven't yet had one.
My cheap Irish skin won't tan at all. I just get different degrees of red between my freckles. The worst wasn't actually a sunburn though. I used gallons of sunblock and felt I was safe enough while on vacation in Florida. The day before I came home was spent on the beach - again soaked in sunscreen. The next day I got sicker than a dog. Fever, then cold sweats, then fever again. Vomiting, seriously bad headache, and every joint was swollen to the point where I couldn't even bend my fingers. Diagnosis was severe sun poisoning. It didn't burn me - but it did poison me!
I've got the white as hell German skin. I have many sunburn stories. The best one was trying to get color for prom. tanning beds + no sun block = a very red tink. But I only got bad burn in the "creases" of the body (elbows, behind the knees, bottom of butt and boobs, etc.). I couldn't sit down, etc. It was very interesting. Luckily loading on aloe helped it become manageable after a few days.
The other would be when I was on my friend's boat for Mem Day weekend a long time ago. I burned the bottom of my feet. Not pleasant.
Woah, Mamie. I didn't even know that was possible.
I didn't either. I just gave up trying. Like my fellow vampires, I only go to the beach at night. (And sometimes very early in the morning.)

I had a really bad one after I went swimming in my friend's pool for a couple of hours on a summer day, sans sunscreen. It was probably the stupidest thing I've ever done. It was really bad, and it damaged some of my nerves...when I had the sunburn, I was in a dancing show, and whenever I would start to sweat my nerves would go crazy and I would start twitching. My shoulders still get tingly whenever I sweat.

Mamie-
you got lucky. A friend went to Sydney, and the Ozone is at it's thinnest down there, and she forgot to reapply...not only did she do what you did, but her arms turned PURPLE. It was disgusting.
I was like 8, and I had to sleep on my face for a week. I'm a pale Irish/Italian girl, but I don't usually burn too badly.
I've gotten sun poisining. OH MY GOD. It is far worse than sunburn, especially since it's in the summer, where you can't escape from the heat. Two summers ago I had it for like a month. I was really, really sick.
