Why would anyone go see this movie? I saw clips on the Morning News today and thought "Go re-watch Batman."

Oh my God, Joe...
There are a ton of reasons. The director, the writer, the actors. I'm not seeing it for Batman. I know Batman. I'm going to see it because of Nolan's take and the actors.

Oh, is that supposed to make me feel bad? Oh, I feel so bad that someone ridiculed me for simpling mentioning a scene that everyone online already knew about but it wasn't cofirmed that the scene was in the movie, oh I'm so sorry boo-who, boo-who. Get off it will you and besides I know alot of stuff that is happening in TDK that you probably don't know and I've kept my mouth shut on it. If anyone else on here knows anything in regards to story or plot points in TDK, please don't share them because MisterRussell will yell at you.

Well Joe that's understandable because alot of times it's the same thing over and over and over again with very little reinvention of any of the characters, that and giving up on Batman three movies ago because I think that would be Batman Forever and I think alot of people gave up on the franchise then.
It's different with Nolan because he changes alot of it up and reinvents the characters like for starters, Joker isn't a man with bleached skin, he's just a crazy guy who puts on clown makeup. When Nolan gets around to it, his Two-Face will probably be more realistic than the one in Forever(MisterRussell, that's not giving away a plot point, it's been said by Nolan and David Goyer that Two-Face is the main villian for the third film).

Posted: 5/6/08 at 4:35pmMisterRussell, what the hell is your problem? Why would you assume(sp?) something like that of Worrell4077? I'm sure once in your life you gave away a plot point in a movie. But from what I red he was not giving it away he just cofirmed the Ironman thing. Why do you just back off him?

Posted: 5/6/08 at 4:47pmI am very excited for this film, I just wish the role of Rachel was played by someone other than Maggie Gyllenhaal. Though she may be a talented actress, I do not find her attractive and I think they could have gone with someone better.
