Glebb,
I've been putting together my "Bill The Cat Goes 'Round the World" book for years as well.
It's easier for me to fold up a stuffed cat and take it places.

I just want to join in on the BWW member love. I have met some amazing people in real life and in the cyber-realm.
Even with all of the drama and craziness that goes on here I know that I can always find sincere and wonderful people to interact with here at BWW. I'm so grateful for all of you!

Posted: 10/20/07 at 5:56pmAww, this thread is making me feel all warm and fuzzy. It's so great that people can interact and become a community on and off-line. I definitely want to meet some of you guys someday, I know I don't really necessarily post around here that much and I'm not that terribly memorable but I think most of you are really amazing, intelligent, witty, genuinely kind people. Thanks for giving me endless hours of entertainment!

Posted: 10/20/07 at 6:28pmDG: Hello. I don't believe we've chatted before. I must say that there are quite a few colorful characters in BWW. A few who come to mind are: MargoChanning, TheatreDiva and CapnHook, just to name a few. I admire their seemingly infinite knowledge of theatre and everything that it entails. Perhaps next time I visit NYC.... whenever that may be... I might meet someone from this forum. Has someone every given any thought to organizing a meet / get-to-gether of BWW members and seeing a show? It's a thought. from RC in Austin, Texas

I love Miss P too! But I'd love her a whole lot more if she'd go back to that post with all the smiley hearts and put in some line breaks. That sucker is stretching this thread from here to forever! .......

I met several posters a year ago now! My, how time flies, people... A FRIGGIN' YEAR AGO.
WAT, Miss Pennywise, Norn, Rathy, pappa, boobs, cookie, Addy, SM2, PJ, Jane2, Jaily... and yet still more even others!
...and later on in good ol' L.A., Miss Erika Amato, who blew me away with her fabulous singing voice, as well has her humanity and charm.
Thank you all for enriching my life. You're all "cherse," as Spencer Tracey so aptly put it when describing his Hepburn.
I hope to see you all again very soon, and I hope to meet more of you fine people in the future.

Lord, God, Jesus, papa... I expected nothing less from you.
Should I tell how you "blew me away" too?

Only to echo what has already been said...
I have had the chance to meet a few of the West Coast contingent here - and consider myself lucky to count them as my friends.
And, though I only know others "virtually", I look forward to getting myself to the other coast someday soon and meeting others in person.
This is an amazing community.
And, ditto to B12b's comments - getting to see Erika perform and meet her has been another wonderful experience.

I've said everything I can think to post here numerous times, but they are perhaps things that cannot be said enough. My four-year BWW anniversary is coming up soon. I can barely believe that. When I first started posting here, I never expected to stay -- let alone for four years, or to make the kinds of connections I have during my time here. It has been a pleasure and a privilege and a learning experience to drop in and interact with members of this community daily. I never expected this forum to become such a large part of my life, but four years, later, I don't know that I'd have it any other way. The times I've met many of you truly constitute some of my fondest memories, and some of the people I've met here are now friends I know I'll have forever. The simplest of things that cannot be said enough is, just to thank those of you who have been a part of this experience in any positive capacity. You know who you are.

This thread makes me happy!
I've never met a fellow BWWer in person (as far as I'm aware...!), but I do look forward to doing so some day soon, hopefully.
I've learned an awful lot on BWW, including a lot about myself through talking with people who are or who have been in the same situations as I have a thousand times over.
I thank you all for making life that much more bearable.

our sky-blue slates are steaming in the sun,
our yachts tinkling and dancing in the bay
like racehorses. We contemplate at last
shining windows, a future forbidden to no one.
