The times, they are offically a-changing

In October of 2006, Leslie Hagan was fired from the Bush Justice department despite being rated "Outstanding" in her job performance and referred to as "The most qualified person in the country" to hold her position. Bush Lawyer Monica Goodling had shown an intense interest in Hagan's career and witnesses have said that Goodling wanted her fired because Goodling thought Hagan was a Lesbian, a condition described as being "Worse than being a Democrat!"

Republicans at the Justice department said "Nonsense," that it was just company policy to move people around and not let someone hold that position longer than a year. Well they have been hunting for her replacement for some time now and today they finally hired someone to fill that spot for which she was said to be the best-qualified. You guessed it: The Obama Justice Department has hired Leslie Hagan.
