doing construction before 9am on Saturday mornings.

I don't know what those guys are doing out there, but it involves a jackhammer, a few electric saws and drills, and lots of noise.

And now I am quite grumpy since I can't go back to sleep.

I AGREE!!! I live right across the street from these people that go away every summer and always have things re-done. The building has work done as well, which is not fun to listen to.

liotte I went through that here when my neighbor built his house......he'd start about 6AM......so i called the city, and there IS a law here, saying it's 7AM........so, I made him start at 7AM, LOL

AGREED!

And to add to this, there's an outdoor concert going on this afternoon on the other end of my building. They started blasting No Doubt's "Hella Good" at 9:30 this morning as they set up and started with the soundcheck at 10am.

At least it's an improvement over last year, when they started at 7am and it was right outside my window.
