Just saw on msn site that Toys R Us in Times Square closes 12/30
With Bond 45 eventually going and now this, the site might be ripe for redevelopment . The Toys site would have to be cut up as it is simply to large and costly for a new tenant. Wonder what will happen here . Stay tuned

My vote if for Guy Fieri's European Kitchen & Bar, keep the ferris wheel and rename it The London Eye.

Did not see the article in question. Gotta sell a lot of clothes to pay the rent on that mammoth space.
