Please don't go to EBaum's World. They steal the content of others, don't credit, and refuse to take it down when asked. They launch denial-of-service attacks against their detractors. And they make millions in ad revenues off the work they didn't make- they're the worst of the Internet.

Kinda. EBaum's actually has the audacity to take content without permission (especially Flash videos), put it on their site, and stick an EBaum's watermark on at the end as if they developed it. It's not so much a bootleg as plaigerism.
if the material isn't copywrited, it's perfectly legal... And it would be iffy if it was plagerism, as it's not being turned in for a grade, not being published, etc. Nowhere does it say that ebaum created it, etc....just has their website there.
This is no different than posting un-copywrited photos.......Nothing illegal here

his name is johnnie baima. his stage name is sandy crisp and he also goes by goddess bunny. he had polio as a kid. he has a huge following in the transgender community.
