Gov! Am I completely oblivious, or is thread bringing people out of the woodwork?
Oh, and I'm a weirdo, but the dance break was my favorite part of the show. The whole thing should have been a dance show. I mean it.

Piazza, the uniting force.
(I MUST see this show. I've been dying to for a long time...)
"Now is
I am
Happiness
Never
I am
Unhappiness
Now is I am happiness
With you"
So simple, but they say so much.
I must get the OBC, or better yet see it in NYC.
Plum: The dance break would have so worked as a part of "Contact."

vb - it's one of the most beautiful experiences I've had in a theatre - I absolutely succombed to the atmosphere they created, and I was awash in light, color, beauty and love. Rarely do I weep tears of joy in a theatre, but this took me completely to heaven.
And I'll be going back for another flight during this years trip!
"Now I see as I have never seen before.
Since that moment in the square,
When you’re hat is carried in the air,
Just so you can chase it,
Just so I can be there,
This is how I know,
This is what I see,
This is love to me."
*swoon*
Piazza was my favorite show I saw when I was in New York in August. I constantly find the music from the show in my head.
Just so indescribably beautiful! I tell everyone I know who is going to New York to not miss it. Usually, after I see a show I don't like to listen to the cast recording as much, but with Piazza I find myself listening to the cd at least 3 or 4 times a week still. Maybe I'll have to make a trip out in May to see it again.
doesn't this thread make you want to listen to your recording...
"have you hugged your piazza recording today?" :)
Just so you can chase it,
Just so I can be there,
This is how I know,
This is what I see,
This is love to me."
I can get so sappy sometimes. That has always been my favorite part, and I got weepy just reading that. I didn't even have the recording on.
