I watched this week's episode yesterday.. If you have yet to see this show, WATCH IT!

It was HILARIOUS. poor Shannon Doherty looked mortified the whole time she was out there... and the penis candles?? Oh my GOD! That was extrememly hilarious.. and the way Shannon was squirming.....

I thought it was brilliant of Norton to have two famous Republican women on his show the week of the DNC.... I will never forget the image of Shannon leading our young Republican Youth in the Pledge of Allegiance at the Republican National Convention in the early '90s. So inspiring. And the fact that she has been able to triumph in looks-obsessed Hollywood with that oddly deformed Picasso in his cubist phase face of hers! You, go, ShannON!

And, speaking of looks-obsessed, how fabulous that Joan Rivers was also on. She's one of those gifted people who really make others feel good about themselves. If they met backstage, I imagine Joan told Shannon she looked like a Rubik's Cube. It was just....!

It was pretty funny. I still think Joan Rivers is creepy (she's not doing the Emmys-YES!), but now she's creepy in a funny way.

Joan WAS creepy....

The penis candles.. they randomly selected 10 men in teh audience and sent them backstage to tryout teh product. You make amold of your penis, then fill the mold with wax and a wick to make a candle of your penis. They stuck them in a cake and wheeled them out and were examining the candles while teh guys stood right there..... The candles were labeled with names... poor guys.. SO embarrassing...... then they lit them and Joan, Graham, and Shannon blew them out....

LOL> not really. It is a show on Comedy Central. It airs Thursday nights and reruns several times each week. Graham is a talk show host with a VERY 'out there' style from England. His show over there is VERY popular. He is doing shows in the US now. he manages to use his 'gayness' to great effect in MANY jokes.

aha comedy central. I don't watch that channel very often unless south park is on...haha. Maybe i'll catch an espisode of the graham norton effect someday

I almost never watch Comedy Central. I only watch Graham Norton... and I only knew because I saw him interviewed on the Today Show before it came on.
