This makes me very, very sad. I had the opportunity to play Bobby in ACL. I searched high and low, and found his email address. We exchanged a couple of emails... I knew he was sick, but this kind'a caught me by surprise.

What a lovely, lovely, talented man.

In the early days of the AIDS crisis, he and Tommy Tune performed countless acts of loving kindness for so many of their fellow dancers who were falling ill, friends of theirs who were scared and sometimes all alone in the world.

Now they get to say thank you, Thommie.

He was so young and so talented. It really is a pity. I had no idea he was ill so the news was rather shocking and very unpleasant. Rest in piece, Thommie thanks for all you gave us.
