Thoughts on the Student Board

The Student Board has been up and running for quite a while now, and I'm just curious to hear some thoughts.

My feeling is that some of those who were most vocal in their desire for the SB were hoping to push younger folks out of sight and out of mind on the boards. The creation of the SB didn't make that happen, younger folks are still around.

There are often some very valid school, training and career questions on the SB are often ones that could use the valuable insight of older, wiser posters; but go ignored because no other student-types have answers that others might. Are there any adults who read the student board?

I'm just curious to hear some thoughts. The Student Board was created without any real information as to its exact function, and I'm just wondering if the general opinion is that it was/is a "success."
