They are lovely, aren't they? My aunt bought me a pair like those from Germany a couple of years ago, with the same heel but in a size 7 (I'm like an 8.5 - doesn't seem like a big difference but when you're teetering all day...) and after walking around campus and going up and down stairs for the first hour, my feet were on so much pain that when I took them off to give them some air, I could barely put them back on afterwards because my feet swelled up so much.

But they looked hot and it was totally worth it.

I have to. I missed a class last week and, as I've told you, missing a class counts as two missed classes. And I don't have a doctor's note for my "sickness" last week. I'm going to pin it on being too sick to leave the room.
