Well, Tiff, I wasn't sure there for awhile... but it means that you don't just stay holed up in your room, and that you go out and talk to your friends and stuff. I wasn't doing so well in that department... had some issues. Issues are still there, but I've learned that staying in here alone is probably not the best way to work through them.
