Thanks for the well wishes, ladies, gents and Ellie.

And howdy to my hubby, Guido, who still manages to make the thread all about him, even as I'm convokifying. (And kills the thread in his wake.)

The dinner with friends last night turned out to become a dinner to celebrate me, so I thought that in keeping with our tradition, my tab would be picked up. Evidently not the case. Not only was my tab not picked up, but I was rudely prodded during my conversation with someone to be passed the bill, as well as a pen to initial my name by my items AND a pad of paper to calculate how much I owe.

I have now decided that I have the tackiest, worst friends on the planet.

And Raf was there.
