i had to take out my nipple ring. it was getting rejected. but the other one's still good. maybe i'll just have to get it repierced when it heals. oh well. c'est la vie.

i did it in november. the other one's perfect, but the right one she messed up when she pierced it. she pierced it to close to the surface, so i kind of figured that might happen (but she didn't charge me for it cause she messed up), so if i have to get it redone, i have to get it redone. whatever. but i bought blue hair dye to make me feel better (i haven't had blue hair in years, so i'm gonna streak it tonight with blue). fun times.

allie, who said anything about infections? it's not infected. looks completely normal, except the ring was migrating out (which happens often enough with piercings), so you let it close and then get it redone if you want.

Wow, I didn't know piercings could do that.

I'm just remembering when my friend pierced his eyebrow and it got super infected. His eye was completely swollen shut. *shudders* And those are the horror stories I always here. Infections and stuff.

ah. then you go to the doctor as soon as you suspect it's infected and get antibiotics. clears it up nice and quick.

I was thinking about piercing my tongue, but I also want a new tat.. Wait I think we have had this convo before.. I actually had to redo my belly button.. the first time I had it pierce the guy used too small of a gauge and it didn't heal properly. It wasn't infected of anything it was just weird.. so I let it close then redid it..

i got my belly button pierced twice too. the first time i had a ring in it and got it caught on something and didn't realize and walked away and ripped it right out. talk about fun. i had my nose pierced twice too. the first time i didn't wait long enough and tried to change the jewelry and couldn't get it back in. and now my nipple... i should know by now not to let it phase me after the first time. oh yeah, and my ears have been pierced a couple of times for each hole. i'm scared of the tongue. i'd probably chip my teeth, or it would get infected. i'm also planning my next tat... which yes, we have discussed. i can't get that for another year though, cause i promised my sister i'd go with her when she turns 18 (which is in january), so i'll save it for then.

I wanted to get my tongue pierced, but I like spicy food too much to even deal with that.
