Posted: 8/17/13 at 12:14pmTime Warner is still not broadcasting CBS in New York City. I'm surprised that no agreement has been reached. Will CBS or Time Warner buckle before the Fall tv season kicks off?

Posted: 8/17/13 at 1:46pmThey both seem preoccupied with antagonizing each other. They don't seem to be negotiating much, at least in public.
Words don't deserve that kind of malarkey. They're innocent, neutral, precise, standing for this, describing that, meaning the other, so if you look after them you can build bridges across incomprehension and chaos. But when they get their corners knocked off, they're no good anymore…I don't think writers are sacred, but words are. They deserve respect. If you get the right ones in the right order, you can nudge the world a little.

Because neither have the best interest of their customers in mind. They're both greedy, money hungry corporate whores. And I've learned that I can live just fine without CBS and SHOWTIME, and there are alternatives to TWC. So, I repeat, they can both KISS MY ASS.

The companies say they are there to serve the customer, but Luscious is right when it's situations like this that prove that they are nothing but greedy assholes and couldn't care less about the customers that are paying their paychecks.

On one hand, I agree with the kiss my ass statement. On the other hand, it shouldn't come as a total shock to anyone that for profit businesses are looking to make a quick buck at all costs either.
On a side note, had the FCC not recently changed their regulations than this whole mess wouldn't be going on right about now.
