Time Warner is still not broadcasting CBS in New York City. I'm surprised that no agreement has been reached. Will CBS or Time Warner buckle before the Fall tv season kicks off?
They both seem preoccupied with antagonizing each other. They don't seem to be negotiating much, at least in public.

Just wait until the football fans find out they won't be able to watch their games in a few days
^ Why?
Because neither have the best interest of their customers in mind. They're both greedy, money hungry corporate whores. And I've learned that I can live just fine without CBS and SHOWTIME, and there are alternatives to TWC. So, I repeat, they can both KISS MY ASS.

Fair enough, Luscious. But every corporation is a for-profit business so when you boil it down, they're all greedy "whores." I'd expect nothing less of a for-profit corporation. That's why they are for profit.
Please don't try and make it seem like you support them.

Diva, you know me. I would never defend this corporate greed. Perhaps it's just the way Luscious worded it that threw me off and gave me pause. Either way, I do agree that it's time to grow up and work this out. :)
He's right to ask them to kiss his ass.
The companies say they are there to serve the customer, but Luscious is right when it's situations like this that prove that they are nothing but greedy assholes and couldn't care less about the customers that are paying their paychecks.
On one hand, I agree with the kiss my ass statement. On the other hand, it shouldn't come as a total shock to anyone that for profit businesses are looking to make a quick buck at all costs either.
On a side note, had the FCC not recently changed their regulations than this whole mess wouldn't be going on right about now.
BuzzFeed calls the leverage for CBS, says it will only gain leverage as Fall approaches
