Timeshare swapping? Anyone know how to do it?

I'm researching this for family who has an Orlando timeshare during Week 52. They heard that they can go online to this website and simply exchange it out for another location for this year if there is another party who wants to go to Orlando. I thought it would be craigslist but that is location-specific.

Does anyone know what website they're talking about?

Thanks!

Besides, the production of spectacular effects depends more on the art of the stage machinist than on that of the poet."

Most Timeshares are members of a group. The main one I can think of is RCI. We have a timeshare in Killington Vt, and have been able to go to Tennessee, California and Colorado. It usually does take time though.
The way it works is you "bank" a week, and then you choose another "banked" week (it isn't always the same one you put in).
You could also try directly dealing with other owners, but that is much more difficult.

Wow Patronus, that's three jabs at "me watching THE VIEW" within just a few days! Keep 'em coming!
