Is anyone else getting tired of hearing the same music being played again and again and again for the olympics? I love John Williams and all...but come on...no one wants to hear the same few bars of music all day.
I was sick of the Olympics before it even started. Period.
I love the Olympic music!
The Olympics music is awesome, it's how you know you're watching the Olympics.

The Opening Ceremony was the best ever! I dare anyone, out there, to produce something better

I missed it. Were there any wardrobe malfunctions?
I keep hoping for some Speedo slipage. But so far, ZILCH
The opening was lovely, if you had the sound off. Katie Couric's non-sequitor's on the dry cleaning bill for the costumes was a new nadir in the dumbing down of commentary.
But did anyone else notice how they used John William's more stately JURASSIC PARK music pretty effectively? (Which, music theater fans, was ripped off by Andrew Lloyd Webber in WHISTLE DOWN THE WIND, wherein it became "The Vaults of Heaven..." How's that for obscure trivia?)
I just saw John Williams conduct the Boston Pops in his 'Soundings' at Tanglewood. He is a master. I was honored to be in shouting distance. Such a genious.

The only thing I don't like about the Olympics being in Greece is that I keep hearing who won before seeing it on TV.
