By the way, there are a LOT of people who hated Forrest Gump. Not really Tom's fault, his performance was okay, you know for a "retard", but the movie just sucks.

Right, I understand that people are entitled to hating movies. But...it was like she only associates Tom Hanks with Forrest Gump and completely judges him as a person for it...which I disagree with entirely. I'm sure most sane people would.

And to jump on me like that. Goodness gracious, was it uncalled for!

Tom Hanks is adorable. When he first started out in "BOSOM BUDDIES" I fell in love with his adorable personality. He is still adorable today and a wonderful and talented actor.
Glad to hear he is nice.
I have never met Mr Hanks.

Hah, Sue, yes I am in the theatre department. But SHE isn't. I don't know what she is. Rude, I suppose. She looks kind of like Natalie Portman too. It's a shame I don't want to be friends with her. Somewhere down the line, I could have entered her into a contest and won. Le sigh.

And Corine, I agree. LOVE him. So talented and warm-hearted.

I saw him at Avenue Q, a few years ago. Didn't have the guts to go over and talk to him. It still bothers me that I didn't meet him. He is my favorite actor of all time.

He is sooooooooo funny.

Tom Hanks was in Melbourne, Australia yesterday for the filming of some movie he is executive-producer of.

My friend said he saw him when at Flinders Street Station. I of course was pissed because they blocked of a bunch of vital arterial streets in the central business district on a bloody Saturday night!!!!
