This could be either great or disastrous but I like that in this Scorsese-DiCaprio collaboration there is something finally crazy and not so safe happening.

He always has his pulse on the music of right now. "King of Comedy" had a Pretenders song that hadn't even been released yet.

Yep, his choices are undeniable. Tarantino is up there too, of course, but he can tend to get a little too anachronistic or obscure in music choices but a Scorsese soundtrack being good is always a sure thing. Maybe Jonathan Demme in there too, especially in his 80s period.
