Can somebody try to find me the best rates, either charter w/hotel pkg plan, or flight and hotel and transfers. Lowest price during FEb-june 2014? Turks and Caicos: "The Tuscan Hotel" 7-10 nights, basic room or 1 bedroom villa. Thanks, I'm not experienced with online bookings. Thanks.
A good old fashioned travel agent may be your best bet since you want to go in season and are so specific as to your destination. They can often get better rates than online.
hEY, jOE5 - LONG TIME NO SEE! How are you? Thanks everyone for the tips. I will continue researching.
Just curious, if anyone has EVER gotten a REALLY decent, no BS hidden chgs, above avg. resort vaction pkg w/GROUPON, or any of those other Social sites? I'm not too familiar w/online stuff, but I AM very picky when it comes to hotel or condo cleanliness, (prefer newer constructio hotels) and hate "nickel & diming' hotels. If anyone has been to the following destinations, let me know: Costa Rica, Turks and Caicos (I've been to once), Puerto Rico, Seychelles, Maldives, Phuket, Hawaii, Nice, French Riviera, bora bora, any great Mexican Beach Resort, except Cancun (unless it's devoid of college drunks), Negril Beach (I went there once, but in the 70s - now it's got like 99 hotels. Then, it had 3.) I like it!
as stated, will not find airfare for 2014, and as to a hotel, unless you pay now, the rates will go up. Tiny, this would be a good learning experience on how to find fares, etc for you...just try. Frankly if people do it for you, they should be paid. I would be more than happy to walk you through it, just let me know, and we can connect by phone. When I travel, half the fun for me is the planning
It is ridiculous to set a detective story in New York City. New York City is itself a detective story...

Don't book a trip like this online .. use a travel agent. If you book online and something goes wrong, you are on your own .. no one to help you. A good travel agent will always be there in the event of schedule changes, cancelled flights, etc., and quite often is privy to upgrades and amenities that you could never get online.
