Twitter Banning Adult Videos on Vine

So Twitter has decided to censor Vine users in regards to pornography (like Instragram already does.) What do we think? Who decides when nudity is "artistic" or "pornographic"? Is there some sort of chart? No sexual content, but lots of explosions, guns, deaths, and other appropriate things for children. Will someone PLEASE think of the children!
