Two

This season we will have two of TV's former "Sisters" (NBC 1991-1996) each starring in plays on Broadway.

Patricia Kalember (Georgie from "Sisters") will be in LOSING LOSIE, while Swoosie Kurtz (Alex from "Sisters") will be in HEARTBREAK HOUSE.

It could be interesting to see if they end up going head to head as nominees at the 2007 Tony Awards.

Judging by her performance on House last season, I'm guessing Sela Ward isn't getting any more awards any time soon.

n69n, "Sisters" was indeed quality television! When I started watching "Sisters" I was a pre-gay 10 year old boy and by the time the show ended I had matured into a 16 year old strong proud wom- ... I mean ... yeah, good show...! re: Two 'Sisters' going head to head at the 2007 Tony Awards?

I, too, LOVED this show. I used to watch it with my mom. For me, this belongs on the "Why Oh Why Is It Not On DVD?!" list.

Both Sisters and Thirtysomething should be out on DVD. 'Tis criminal that they are not.
