URGENT: Student Looking For A Room (about $400)

Hey all,

I am a 21 year old gay white male college student, who attends Marymount Manhattan College on E. 71st Street in Manhattan. Looking for a room somewhere, furnished is best, but unfurnished will do also...Basically looking for somewhere to crash at night, I will admit, I do occasionally like to sleep away a rainy or VERY cold day, but we all enjoy a bi-monthly day in...lol.. I'm also a late night reader, but reading is silent so thats not a problem. I work at AMC movie theater in Times Square...FREE MOVIES!!! and am currently up for a raise, so things are going well there. Been through MAJOR MAJOR MAJOR housing drama over the past 10 months will crazy roomies and such so I'm VERY excited to find something thats calmish and somewhere I can get the sleep I need. I've been living on like three hours of sleep a night average, and I really need to get a regular sleeping pattern back... Looking to pay about $400 a month, would love if I could pay weekly, but if not I can deal. Pretty much my only "need" is that I need the house or apartment building that my room is in to be close enough that it's walkable to the Subway. Don't want to do the subway to a bus and then bus to the subway thing...done it, am over it, and hate it. So that's pretty much it for me. If you have ANY questions please let me know. I will be more than happy to do my best to answer them. Oh one other though, allowing an occasional overnight guest would be nice, but if you don't thats ok with me too, just as long as I can find a room somewhere. Looking for something for the forseeable future, as in, no end date planned or even thought about yet...lol
