Haha...well in case anyone cares, getting a work visa in the States is close to impossible. Unless you have a degree in medicine some kind of PHD or whatnot.... FORGET IT!

Actually getting a work visa was quite easy for me. I got one (J1 Visa) in September of 2005 when I was going to direct a play in Michigan. Took me a day to get it with the correct paperwork in hand. So I guess it might depend on what kind of visa you trying to get.
