USPS Question
#1USPS Question
Posted: 9/27/09 at 5:55pmI sent my brother in Canada a letter from NYC. I just realized that the postage may not be enough. I used my Canadian address as the return address. If the postage is not enough, will it be returned to me?

Posted: 9/27/09 at 6:43pmMight they not deliver it to the addressee with a postage due stamp that the person receiving it can pay? I vaguely remember that happening to me once. I paid the postage and was handed the package.
