Ugh.. another college thread!

Hey everyone, sorry for starting another one of those college threads, but at least this one involves NYC!

Has anyone here attended/visited/or currently goes to Fordham University? I was accepted, and even got some scholarship money, but I don't know very much about it. Any information, good or bad, would be greatly appreciated! I know it's got the location going for it.. I just need to know more about the school!

I've heard many good things about Fordham at Lincoln Center. Are you referring to that campus or one of the others?

I myself applied for theatre directing at LC and I'm currently awaiting notification on my acceptance. I believe it's my first choice.

I was actually talking about their Bronx campus, Rose Hill, since that is the one I applied to and was accepted at. I don't think you can go wrong with Lincoln, since it's right in the city!

Oh, well congratulations! I know for sure that several posters on here go to LC but I have no idea about Rose Hill. Sorry.

My best friend applied there this year for the Stage Management program. I even went with her for her interview in February. Us being from California, it was my first time there and I really liked it. It looks like a really good school and if you recieved scholarship money for it than thats even better, i'd say go for it unless you aren't really digging it or got a better offer. Its nice to know you got accepted....hmmm i wonder if shes heard yet and if she got in.....

Yay my best friend did get into Fordham. I'm so excited for her! I know thats where she wanted to go. She was soo disapointed after her interview and didnt think she got in, but she just now did. I'm proud of her and hope she actually goes, she'll do great and will get to work with you secret-soul for stage management. Shes good, been my ASM on lots of shows.....yay im so happy for her.
