Just return last week and as usual had a great time

Went to the Paris & the hotel unfortunately has not stayed the same. It needs a major facelift. To many bad points here but suffice to say go to another hotel besides this one

We saw Joan Rivers who should be rated X. She was hilarious but offended everyone & good for her. We also saw production show Jubilee. This is a throwback to the old Vegas . It was really good but the audience was something else. Constantly getting up and walking out to speak on their cells. Many were escorted out after trying to film it on their camera phones. By the size of the crowd & the fact that it was being discounted, it will probably close after the new year. Peepshows last show 12/30. The Margaritaville Casino was a little bit of the Flamingo casino with some Buffett stuff thrown in . We expected some Buffet slots but no luck. The restaurant is fun & the food is awesome. The mac & cheese with crab & lobster was out of sight. There were great new slots especially a huge one based on the board game Clue. Better than normal luck on slots & played Blackjack twice & came out a winner both times. Lastly went to Gordon Ramseys Steakhouse in the Paris. The food is beyond out of sight. We joked around with our waiter that we wanted raw scallops & undercooked risotto. The various cuts of meat are displayed on a pedestal with each cut. The waiter speaks lovingly about each one and we were joking around they did everything but sleep with them & have sex with each one. We had Beef Wellington which was fantastic. If you get to Vegas go to this restaurant before any other but make reservations first.

It was only our 10 th visit but looking forward to visit # 11 which will be after I fully retire by next March. Mrs R was laid off in March & due to her age & lack of jobs (especially for older people) will pull the pin @ 62. We plan to fully enjoy our retirement years,

By the way, how is Birdland. We are seeing Cuccioli there in October. With Frank & Friends, is Wildhorn there at each show?

I don't think Jubilee has made money in years. And it is not going anywhere.

Yeah, Jubilee! is the longest running show in Vegas, having opened in 1981. Huge crowds or not, it will stay around for a while.

Sounds like a groovy trip, right on! I dug the risque swingers talk with the waiters. Did any of them take you and the Mrs. up on your offer?
