Posted: 4/14/05 at 9:26amIn the past Viagra was not considered Kosher for Passover because the coating contains a leavening agent which is prohibited . Of course it contains a leavening agent; isn't thqat what makes things rise? However, Orthodox Rabbis are now permitting the use of Viagra if the pill is placed in a Kosher for Passover gelatin capsule and then swallowed. Makes you wonder.........

Posted: 4/14/05 at 5:01pmLeave it to a bunch of orthodox rabbis to ensure that Viagra is Kosher for Passover. Not only because they are males but the Orthodox are very much into frequent sex with their wives. { only during the permitted " clean times"}

Posted: 4/14/05 at 5:51pmThe Orthodox Union regularly publishes a list of what is and isnt kosher for Passover. This not only applies to food, but also to cosmetics and toiletries. Did you know there is a kosher for PAssover deoderant? Mske sure you check you armpits for chametz!
