I'm considering applying for a professional summer theatre (in order to be considered for auditions), and its website says this:
To be considered for an audition, please mail a picture and resume to this address. Video submissions accepted.
What kind of video does it mean? Should I send a tape of a show I've performed in, or film myself singing/reciting/performing something?
I'm never done anything beyond community/school productions, so I'm not at all sure how to go about this. I'm in highschool, and my "credentials" involve over a dozen shows from a brother in the ALW Joseph, to Jack Worthing in the Importance of Being Earnest. I've never constructed a resume, but would you think it would be best to send in a video submition, or just the resume? I'd love to hear some opinions or advice. Thank you!

you need to call the theatre and ask them.
that's the only way to be sure you're getting it right.
