I mean there is obviously some sort of mental instability here, but it is beyond me how someone could do this.
(and yes, I know it happens all the time...but still)

I ran into my friend coming to work this morning who told me that she was friends growing up with the chiropractor that stabbed his wife and kids and stabbed himself in the neck.. shocked the heck out of her..
