The strike's over when the WGA says its over, and so far, the WGA hasn't said it.

Any new info on the likelihood of an actor's strike? Last I heard it was looking pretty sure.

The Strike is not over just yet. The WGA has an offer that has to be ratified by both the East and West Coast membership.

Unless it is a really terrible deal, both sides will probably ratify by the end of next week.

It was a book first. Still, had the movie not been a success, most likely it would've never seen the light of day on Brodway.
