I love how out-of-date those aerial shots are. My high school and most of my friends' houses only show up as cow pastures and farmland.

How do you find exactly where you are? After I get to my state, I am just guesstimating. And wrong.

On the left side of the screen, there's a place where you can type in an address/city/state and search, and it will pull up the map with a dot on the spot you're looking for. Look for an address NEAR yours but not exact, because it actually puts the dot on top of what you're looking for. I like maps.google.com better, the pics are in color, and it uses a sort of "push-pin" thing that doesn't block the location.

Also, did you know that if you go to google and enter your home phone number, it actually gives you an address and a map.

Sort of creepy
