It's ok. No sweat. Ever heard of our rubberstamp congress? They'll just introduce legislation to make it legal.
And eliminate any references to a President. Henceforth, our leader will be known as King.

You know what would send a powerful message to would-be terrorists? If a few suspected terrorists actually stood trial based on evidence garnered legally so a conviction could be upheld if there were one. Because all that's happened so far, is a bunch of Saudi nationals flew American jet liners into landmarks and so the US went and destroyed an uninvolved other country.
