This song is AMAZING! I hope we will win this year.
We won only 3 times (in the contest's 50 years).

It is very pretty. How often do ballads win? I really loved the top 3 songs last year. Lane Moje is simply gorgeous. It was really my favorite last year, but I also love Wild Dances. It is so catchy and infectious.

I'm a stupid American, so I know nothing about this...but why does Israel get to play in the Eurovision contests? Granted, I haven't studied geography in a while...but aren't they a couple countries removed from Europe? Are there some freaky rules that let countries that are "close" participate as well?

And Israel is "close" to europe and there aren't any
freaky rules but Israel considered as part of Europe in a lot of things.
