re: Weight Gain Reassurance, please.

Thanks for the help guys. Like I said, Mc Donalds is out for me! I'll try the green tea also. Keep the comment coming if you wish!

P.S. Does anyone know why my controls on the site are going whacky? I have to refresh like a million times before a box to post a message comes up, then it's a tiny box and I can't see what I'm typing...??? Perhaps my comp. is just crazy.

I drink 10 servings of ice cold water a day, I think thats probably the best. The recommended is 8 8 fl oz a day, but 10 is much better, I think. But dont go crazy and drink water by the gallon, this women died from drinking to much. She was afraid of getting stomach cancer and dying a horrible painful death, so she drank like 3 or four gallons in one day. thats not a good idea. but i didnt think you were that stupid or paranoid, I just thought I'd through that in as a fun fact for today.

I drink LOTS of water. I'm like a camel. re: Weight Gain Reassurance, please. But it's really just not to feel thirsty...

Yeah, plenty of water would be good to flush out all the salt. Honestly? I think you'll probably get sick of eating it after a month or so. Being surrounded by the smell and grease for 4-8 hours a few times a week is bound to make anyone feel nauseous.
