Weirdos at Work

Grrr...I am at work now at the desk at the library and this creepy guy is standing there. He was sitting down waiting for his kid and he kept looking at me and starts asking me these questions, and now he's standing like 3 feet away and asking me the same things again: "Do you work hard?" "Do you go to school?" I hate it when people are just "there" hanging out.
Well, my question is, have there ever been any weirdos at your work?

There is this guy who spends all day posting crap on on message board.
Oh wait, that's me.

Yes. When I used to live in NYC the guy from our IT department would always come into my department and just stare. Every night I would ask him the same thing, "Can I help you." He would say, no, and continue staring.
One day I got fed up and said outloud to myself, "He gives me the creeps, I wish someone would fire him. The next day he was fired (totally unrelated to my request)!!!"

I hate when people just watch you at work.
The other day, this guy came in and wanted me to make him 4 library cards - one for him and three for his kids. Ugh - four cards takes awhile. I made the cards and while I was making them he said, "Oh, we're giving you a lot of work today. I'll buy you a happy meal." ::rolls eyes:: Then he asked for my name.
Well, I finally finish the cards, and his kids decide to go to the bathroom (which is right across from the main desk). He waits kind of by the door next to the bullitin board. Okay. So then someone drops off their books and I have to check them back into the computer. As I went to check the books in, he comes to the desk and kind of leans on it, looking at me. I hate when people do that - it isn't plesant. Lol, so I just left the desk until he moved. And by the way, he was telling my boss, "Oh, I was just telling Lauren here how beautiful your bathroom was," and he kept saying that.
I work at a library, and it is a wonderful experience, but I have dozens of weirdo people stories.
